My sword is an act of God.
It cuts, breaks down and tears apart those before me.
I can never take it for granted,
As it is a gift that can easily turn me into a beast of envy.
The ultimate blade... A balance between good and evil.

"Judgement is swift. Judgement is... painful. Judgement is... Delicious!""In my foster brother's stead, I inherited the title as Monarch. Mikoto Kaminari no Okami. For my name is one that shows the eternity of my homeland, and how it will spread eternally until it reaches the end of time. My God, the entity that presides over all things... Watches me, and is thankful for my service. Doesn't he sound so awesome?""I grew up hating Demons with all my being; although, looking back, it's kind of paradoxical for my people to use them. Who would allow them to prosper when they are responsible for every tragedy that exists? This world is infected with their cancer, and I'm gonna be the one to rid it. After all, humanity can only be at peace, when they have reached an immortal status such as me and the Tian.""I believe the best solution for everyone, is to reach enlightenment. Not the insanity that drives Skandhamara or the Adjudicator. Nor the so called 'Craving' that the King of Bel has chosen. No... What my God has told me is that this world is in need for all of its inhabitants to be loyal and faithful, and place their trust back within the Gods. The ultimate Amatsukami declares this, and upon all words: 'To be free is a sin. To walk a path of freedom is a sin. To walk a path without God, or to live a world where Gods do not exist... Is a sin. You will perish and wither, because you are without my love. Do not fear, however. What I'm doing is out of love! Shouldn't humans be willing to embrace love?"
N/A. Faith Arcana. The Faith Arcana is present in the Visconti-Sforza tarot deck. Upright, it represents belief in others and in oneself, and in religion or science. On the other hand, reversed, it can represent blind faith misplaced in something that does not deserve trust. It can also mean false idols, or overconfidence.
I. Masakado’s KatanaMasakado’s blade enshrined in the Imperial Palace, used as a conduit to summon Demons into the realm of man. A blade that exists in other parallel worlds, a sign of usage by a true hero; In this case, it is currently wielded by those who inherit the Okami lineage. A blade encased in sapphire, the powers it wields are enhanced further by Amatsu-Mikaboshi, with a power that intensifies when cutting through demonic and divine skin. It gains strength after every deity that is killed upon its blade, and further negates the barriers made to obstruct its advance. Because of its unique properties, it is designated as a magical and physical attack.
II. Kagaseo’s GodslayerHumans with the power to cut down godly entities are referred to as Godslayers. Though the only method to become one is to embrace death, and then be resurrected by a God. In the early days of her life, Mikoto was killed in battle before being resurrected by the Tian, also known as Hoshigami Kagaseo, the God of Shikishima. If Kagaseo/Amatsu-Mikaboshi dies, then Mikoto too, will perish. But so long as her life is in his hands, it can easily be brought back from the throes of death.
III. Seven TatarigamiSeven Demons who together form the entity known as “Amatsu-Mikaboshi”. Taking an essence of various Shinto Gods within them, these Demons have become much stronger than other variations of them. If all of them are together, the Seven Tatarigami are capable of overwriting portions of the world with Mikoto’s own, fusing worlds together to complete her hegemony.
IV. MagatamaMagatama are mystical beads suffused with elemental magic and represent their respective element through distinct colors. The wielder harnesses their potency by assimilating it within their soul and unleashes the spell it embodies. Remarkably, since the magical power of the Magatama has already been actualized, no tithe is demanded from the user's soul to manifest the spells held inside.
V. WillpowerMankind carries within them boundless potential. By willpower alone, those who have tapped into their metaphysical powers may evolve in strength when facing death or even if a foe is too great for them in strength. No conventional limit exists to this evolution, as even ontological gaps in power can be crossed by a mere increase in resolve. Be it a day or amid battle, a soul can flourish at a moment’s notice. Moreover, amplified strength is not the sole benefit of a human’s determined soul. Two other known products of the human soul are the capability to regenerate and adapt to supernatural abilities. Should the soul in question carry enough resolve, healing wounds—no matter how abstract—can be instantly regenerated in a plume of azure flame.
VI. The ArahantThe inherent desire that manifests upon inheriting the Throne of Creation. The ability to preserve the world and continue its cycle, control and dominate humanity to create peace, or reduce all in creation to nothingness. Although creation itself is molded into the shape of whomever is sat upon the seat, the former God of Creation gave their chosen Messiahs the limited ability to manifest their desires without the Throne in order to influence the masses around them. Mikoto’s desire upon inheriting the Throne of Creation is to strengthen God's Law, and become the next God of Creation. Rather, it is the desire of both hers and Amatsu-Mikaboshi, but due to his unclean nature as a Tatarigami, he cannot truly ascertain the Throne of Creation. Upon becoming the God of Creation, Mikoto’s desire shall vanquish all Demons, returning them to states of pure nature. Humanity themselves would turn into God-fearing entities, as their praise and faith would support Mikoto until the end of days, liberating them from an endless cycle of violence. Through this, humanity achieves a state of nirvana, becoming one with their faith in Mikoto, and thus a perpetual motion machine of power that shall free them of eventual rebirth.
